The individual we are seeking would be a dynamic people person who has been involved in branch network promotions island-wide. The function of the job would require frequent travel to branches for various promotions held involving our Supercentres. You should be an effective multi tasker who can work independently at all levels.

    Prerequisites:

    *  FulVpart (mandatory completion) of stage 2 of CIM/SLIm. Preference will be given to those who have partially completed CIM/SLIM stage 3. A Degree in Marketing will also be considered with relevant experience.

    *  Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in brand management and product development out of which a minimum of 3 years experience in a leading retail service institution.

    *  Proven track record in brand management and product development.

    *  Ability to work with software packages such as Microsoft Office

    *  Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
